I’m learning to tell stories through
the art of video games.
THIS WEBSITE IS STILL UNDER CONSTRUCTION AT THE MOMENT. ALL THE PAGES WILL BE ADDED GRADUALLY. BUT SETTING UP A WEBSITE IS JUST A HELL OF A LOT OF WORK. 🙂

Hi, I’m Nora, welcome
to my website
Hi, I’m Nora. Have a look around and discover my work and projects. ^^ I’m currently studying Game Art and Design, specialising in narrative design and storytelling.
Ultimately, I love telling stories: whether it’s through language, as I used to do when I worked at the newspaper, or today through level design and world-building. I’m endlessly curious (ex-journalist, after all) and enjoy experimenting with 2D, 3D and various engines. I’m a quick learner, creative in teams and work with foresight.
Writing Work
From inventing stories as a child to working as a journalist, writing has always been central to my life. I have always loved playing with language, first in my native German and now increasingly in English.
I fell in love with video games because the way they tell stories and develop characters is deeply intertwined with the player. This fascination has never left me, and my dream is to tell stories and build worlds with the art of game design.

Projects
As my first internship doesn’t start until October 2026, all the major projects I’ve worked on so far have been either as part of my ‘Game Art and Design’ degree or as personal projects. Nevertheless, I’ve learnt something new and valuable from each one.

Stories can be told in many ways, especially in games. It’s not just words on a screen. A story should be woven into every aspect of a game. The mechanics, the enviroment, the design of the world, the list goes on. At least, that’s how I think. If you disagree, let’s discuss this over tea. Since stories can be transported in so many different mediums, I also love creating 2D and 3D art. Here is a small selection of my artwork.
